Job Title: Centre Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Centre Coordinator to oversee daily operations and provide administrative support for our centre. The Centre Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the centre's resources, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Centre Operations Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the centre to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of all services and programs offered by the centre.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and documentation, are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper execution of plans and activities.
• Customer Service & Support:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff within the centre.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide assistance and guidance to clients and visitors regarding the services offered at the centre.
• Team Supervision & Coordination:
• Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient functioning of the centre.
• Coordinate team schedules and assist with training and development needs.
• Monitor and manage team performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Facilities Management:
• Ensure that the centre's facilities are maintained, clean, and safe for both staff and clients.
• Report and address maintenance issues and ensure that all equipment and resources are functioning properly.
• Oversee the ordering and management of supplies and inventory for the centre.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate events, workshops, and activities hosted at the centre.
• Collaborate with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Prepare event materials and documentation as required.
• Administrative Support:
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and managing documentation.
• Process payments, maintain records of transactions, and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness of the centre's offerings.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure the centre adheres to all health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, including health and safety protocols.
• Conduct periodic safety audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or service-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and basic administrative tools.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with event management or facilities management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the centre's operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM or centre management software (preferred).
