Office Administration
Skill requirement: Experience in managing & coordinating end-to-end admin activities including but not limited to:
• General administrative activities
• Office maintenance
• Front office management
• House keeping
• Security and safety
• Vendor management
• Service provider management
• Asset/stock management
• Public relations
• Coordination with other departments for overall smooth functioning
• Managing Day to Day operations
• Provide administrative and Clerical support to dept. and individuals
• Maintenance of office stocks, security, housekeeping staffs attendance and related works
• Optimising costs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Experience:
• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 3 years (Preferred)
