• Diploma or B.Sc. in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) or equivalent.

We are looking for experienced female CSSD Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or B.Sc. in CSSD and at least 5 years of experience in sterilization processes and managing the sterile supply chain in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the sterilization of medical instruments and equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of sterilization machinery.
• Adhere to strict protocols to maintain the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the CSSD.
• Train and guide junior staff on sterilization procedures and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles and equipment maintenance.
