Operating at entry level manager. Operating as a Finance specialist supporting small and medium sized financial scope. Will contribute to the transformation agenda and recognizes the importance of building a strategic mindset as well as being able to deliver. Able to act on their own initiative with respect to the main perimeter of their role. Knows when to seek guidance/escalate. Able to organize development for self and junior team member. May work as anA Allocation Controller - Calculation and controlling of all reallocation topics (ITICS, space, Indus, TI etc.) and internal allocation of e.g. LP costs to MUs. Skills (competencies)
