Candidate is responsible for driving the insurance business for the assigned area. It includes sales of both life and
non-life insurance products and the after sales services, in case of queries. To help the sales team and advisors
on services / claim settlements etc. To maintain good relationships with insurance companies. Also to help the
sales team to bring new advisors.
:
To develop the insurance business in the assigned areas by supporting the Sales Team.
Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Branch Manager.
Training of the advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by the Head office.
Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for various activities.
Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.Products: Both Life and Non-Life InsuranceExperience :
3 - 8 yrs experience in both life & non- life insurance selling. Preferred candidate who has worked in B2B
(Business to Business) model OR Agency Model, who has handled the Business Partners / Advisors.
Salary Range:
Yearly CTC is divided into two parts 1) Fixed CTC 2) Yearly Performance base incentive, which is given at
