Center Management:

We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Center Head cum Admission Counselor for our renowned play school and daycare center in Noida Sector 74. This role combines leadership in center management with responsibilities related to admissions and parent engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations and administration of the play school and daycare center.
• Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and maintain high-quality care and educational standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 6 years.

Admission Counseling:

• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and guardians seeking admission.
• Conduct tours of the facility, explain programs, and provide detailed information about curriculum, activities, and enrollment procedures.
• Assist families in completing admission forms and facilitate the admission process smoothly.

Staff Supervision and Development:

• Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and support staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Parent and Community Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Organize parent orientation sessions, workshops, and events to enhance parent involvement and satisfaction.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs and events to promote the center.

Financial Oversight:

• Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring financial stability and efficiency.
• Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and enrollment trends to support financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage admissions processes and engage with parents and families.
• Knowledge of Noida's educational landscape and community dynamics is advantageous.
