Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management.
• Liaising with the local Bodies, Associates, Key Brand visibility, Location owners, Institute Heads and the community to maintain positive energies.
• Implement & Review processes, take care of the education center, students& team members with high-quality standards. Create methodologies & metric based on business requirements, dynamics reengineering, and review implementation & take corrective action.
• Slippage & leakage control in education delivery; deliver good quality education in the centre and ensure students placements and create customer delight.
• HO-level functional follow-ups, coordination, closure of operating issues to run smooth centre operations.
• Responsible for Team Training, Development, Engagement & Growth, and Control attrition in the team.
• Will be responsible for Mobilization.
• Able to track competition/market, analysis & feedback to HO for new products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
