Job Description

Position Summary:
The purpose of the role is to ensure timely production of parts as per the planning and directions of the production plan.
Work You'll Do:• Enhance the smooth flow of Production & meet out the schedule with the quality product.
• Ensure 100% safety in all activities at plant.
• Having good exposure of CNC, Conventional Machines with batch production system.
• Having knowledge of manufacturing processes, Tools / Equipment. Can define machining process, process flow chart for new development parts.
• Understanding & Control of CNC Machine programs
• Productivity improvement. Minimize rework / rejection.
• Ability to read Engineering Drawings
• Computer literate in ERP, MS office.
• Maintain proper Housekeeping in work area.
• Timely delivery of parts
• Identify non-conformities of parts & Root cause analysis for defect.


Team:
Part of Machine Shop, will handle different CNC Machines & all cell Activities
Basic Qualifications:
Diploma/ BE Mechanical Engineer
Minimum 5Years of experience in Machine Shop
