Job Role
? Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing category - A priority customers. ? Sources new bank customers through Lead generation model and responsible for conversion from external field support ? Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. ? Cross sells bank products to existing set of customers. ? Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. ? Plans and conducts special sales initiatives prospective and existing clients through different Product Managers ? Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. ? Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
? Graduate with 4 -6 years of experience or Post Graduate with 2 -4 years of experience ? Certified in AMFI/IRDA ? Excellent communication skills - Verbal & Written ? Flair for Sales ? Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9hours shift ? Good listening skills and strong communication abilities. ? attitude & works with integrity ? Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization. Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers & customers
