Location NoidaJob RoleJob Role:xc2xb7 Video call customers to complete the Full KYCxc2xb7 Verify the details submitted by the customer while opening the account and Documents submitted are matchingxc2xb7 Ensure VKYC is completed by the Right Party onlyxc2xb7 Should maintain a good relationship with the customer throughout the KYC process.xc2xb7 Cross-sell other banking products.xc2xb7 Give complete and correct information on all the products pitched to the customerxc2xb7 Take call backs in case the customer is busy and ensure the follow up is done on timexc2xb7 Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.xc2xb7 Meet targets on conversion and Cross selling as defined from time to time.xc2xb7 Ensure customer xe2x80x9cdelightxe2x80x9d and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.xc2xb7 Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.xc2xb7 To be aware of and comply with any updates about the processxc2xb7 Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performanceJob Requirements:xc2xb7 Having Good Communication Skills, (Written and Verbal).xc2xb7 Should ready to work in Rotational shift.xc2xb7 Should having experience of minimum 1 year as a team leader or above.xc2xb7 Having skills of Team handling, people management, performance management, Data management, Sales and Services.xc2xb7 Should be graduate in any stream.
