The Team

As companies grow and become more global in scope, employment issues become more complex. Among the most serious challenges businesses face today is compliance with multifaceted tax laws and labor regulations. Deloitte offers well-rounded plans and program development strategies.

Primary purpose of the role

Financial and Operational performance analysis, budgeting & planning, management reporting for Deloitte Tax South Asia as part of the Tax COO\'s office

• Support team to prepare annual financial and operational plan
• Analyze trends of KPIs related to financial and operation metrics such as sales, revenue, overheads, and margins
• Identify causes of any unexpected variances in key KPIs
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections and forecast
• Present weekly, monthly financial and operational reports of various units and departments
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Support team with data-driven analysis
• Ad-hoc business performance analysis reporting
• MIS must

Skills Required:

• Good Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Result oriented, flexible and ability to stretch/ go beyond
• Effectively managing multiple time critical tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Qualifications

• Graduate
• Team Player
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Persistent and persuasive

Experience required:

Preferably PMO experience with Accounting Firms, Consulting Firms, Law Firms, large Management Consulting, IT/ITES firm, or BFSI industry
