This role involves working closely with the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation:Prepare and marinate meats, vegetables, and other ingredients for the Tandoor
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all items used in Tandoor preparations
• Tandoor Cooking:Operate and manage the Tandoor oven efficiently
• Cook a variety of Tandoor dishes, including bread, kebabs, and other specialties
• Recipe Adherence:Follow established recipes and cooking techniques to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine Tandoor section recipes
• Quality Control:Monitor the quality of Tandoor dishes at various stages of preparation and service
• Ensure that all food leaving the Tandoor section meets the highest standards
• Kitchen Coordination:Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
• Communicate effectively with the team to avoid delays and errors
• Hygiene and Safety:Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in the Tandoor section
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the Tandoor area
• Inventory Management:Monitor and control inventory levels for Tandoor-related ingredients
• Report any shortages or discrepancies to the Head Chef
• Training and Development:Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff working in the Tandoor section
• Provide guidance on Tandoor cooking techniques and best practices

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
