Minimum qualification
- Absolute and pure love for tandoor and grill,
- Understand how it works and makes the best breads and kebabs in the world.
- Have an understanding of temperatures and textures of the tandoor.
The larger role is being in-charge of two main categories of food - Tandoor and Tikkas.
The foremost trait in the candidate should be the willingness and eagerness to learn and master the art of tandoor.
Duties-
• End to end responsibility of the dough used in Tandoori Indian breads.
• Plan and maintain the quantity and quality of dough for Indian breads as per the menu.
• Create and follow standard operating procedures for making sure seamless production depending on volumes for delivery and dine in.
• End to end responsibility of tandoori & grill items in the menu
• Plan and maintain the quantity and quality of meat used in tandoor or grill as per the menu.
• Create and follow standard operating procedures for making sure seamless production depending on volumes for delivery and dine in.
