Join a Singapore-based company as they open their flagship Gastrobar in Mumbai, serving curated cocktails and cuisine inspired by Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with all kitchen operations including day-to-day culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, ingredients & cost planning, and supervising and training of kitchen staff.
• Prepare high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure high-quality food production, compliance with health and safety regulations, and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative and diverse menus that meet customer expectations.
• Implementing new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
Qualifications:
• Good culinary skills and knowledge of regional cuisines (with exposure to Asian Menu - Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesian / Thai or Chinese Cuisine)
• Good knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, food coast management and kitchen management
• Ability to maintain high standards and work in a team
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
