We are looking for a skilled CDP - Tandoor to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be an expert in tandoor cooking with at least 3 years of experience, specializing in preparing a variety of Indian breads, kebabs, and tandoor-based dishes. You will be responsible for preparing, marinating, and cooking dishes while ensuring high-quality and consistency. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook tandoor dishes as per menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service hours.
- Supervise and train junior staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and spices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
