Fruit Coffee is an innovative fast food restaurant in Ernakulam, Kerala, offering a diverse menu that includes premium sandwiches, burgers, fried chicken, and an array of beverages and desserts. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food quality and customer service. We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Job Summary: The Chef de Partie (CDP) will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation of your section.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Assist in developing and implementing new menu items and specials.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used safely.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
