: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Location: Oxygen Palolem, Goa

Reports to: Sous Chef/Executive Chef
Role Summary:
The Chef de Partie (CDP) will manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will specialize in one or more cuisines, maintain kitchen efficiency, and uphold food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., South Indian, Continental, North Indian).
• Prepare and present dishes according to the menu and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff, including Commis Chefs.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist the Sous Chef in menu development and inventory management.
• Ensure timely preparation during service hours, especially during busy periods.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience: 3-6 years in a professional kitchen.
• Expertise in one or more cuisines (South Indian experience is a must).
• Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
