Job Description
Hiring : CDP- Chef de Partie for a Hotel
Location: Candolim
Salary- INR 25 to 30k per month
-Atleast 5-6 years prior experience
Responsibilites:
-Take charge of the hotel's kitchen
-Ensuring the kitchen and workstation clean, organising and properly stocked
-Ensuring that all dishes leaving their section are of the highest quality and meet the established standards of taste, texture, and presentation. Conducting regular taste tests and visual inspections to maintain consistency
- Assisting in inventory control
-Following strict safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhering to health and safety regulations and promoting good kitchen practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
