We are seeking a talented Bakery Chef to create delicious baked goods and pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Baking & Preparation: Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Creativity: Innovate new recipes and presentation styles to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Quality Control: Ensure all baked goods meet taste and appearance standards; conduct regular quality checks.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other chefs to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Hygiene & Safety: Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
