As part of the GRC Enablement team, members will
assist territory engagement teams with implementation and
customization of Servicenow applications. These activities will
primarily demand below skills:
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow
implementations.
- Understands technical and functional design
requirements related to ServiceNow.
- Create and manage scripts and workflow.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL,
Oracle)
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI
Actions, Service Portal and Scheduled Jobs - all scripted
aspects of the ServiceNow system.
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs,
VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
- Fundamental understanding of GRC would be a great
advantage.
- Hands-on experience of JavaScript is required.Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews
with client stakeholders.Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Perform work and provide related deliverables in
accordance with IAC User Guide and instructions as applied
to engagement team work request submissions.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain working knowledge of IAC User Guides.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor time and manage deadlines.
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to PwC IAC policies and procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Participate in training, coaching and other developmental
opportunities.Minimum Degree(s):
\xc2\xb7 Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Applications/
B.Tech.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 2 to 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on the Servicenow
tool as application developer.
Certification(s) preferred:
\xc2\xb7 ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA).
\xc2\xb7 ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist.
\xc2\xb7 ServiceNow certified Application Developer.Knowledge Required:
