Cctv Technician
Job Description
Job Summary: The Field CCTV Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems at client sites. This role requires strong technical expertise in CCTV technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and set up CCTV cameras, recording devices, and related equipment at various client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems, including camera malfunctions, network connectivity, and recording problems.
• Conduct on-site assessments and site surveys to determine optimal camera placement and system design.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use and maintenance of their CCTV systems.
• Document all service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and issue resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
• Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
