The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of premises. This role involves observing real-time footage, identifying suspicious activities, and documenting incidents for reporting.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras.
- Detect and report any security breaches or suspicious behaviour.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and camera status.
- Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement as needed.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on surveillance equipment.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
