Position Title: CCTV Technician - Hardware Services

Location: Rajgir ,Nalanda

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician specializing in hardware services, including the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of intercom systems, CCTV cameras, biometric devices, fire alarms, and boom barriers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas, ensuring the efficient operation and safety of our clients' security and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

• Install and configure intercom systems, CCTV cameras, biometric devices, fire alarms, and boom barriers.
• Ensure all hardware components are correctly mounted, connected, and calibrated.
• Conduct system testing and validation to confirm proper functionality.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Perform regular maintenance checks on all hardware installations.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Replace defective components and upgrade systems as required.

Technical Support:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Respond to service calls and address technical problems efficiently.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on service calls and project progress.
• Document and report any recurring issues or necessary upgrades.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and safety protocols.
• Follow all company policies and procedures during installations and service calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
