Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CCTV System and Network Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of our CCTV systems and networks. This role requires a minimum of a graduate degree and extensive knowledge of CCTV technology and network management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on CCTV equipment to ensure functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to CCTV systems and networks.
- Perform firmware updates and software upgrades as needed.

2. Network Management:
- Manage and monitor the network infrastructure supporting the CCTV systems.
- Ensure network security and data integrity for all CCTV footage.
- Optimize network performance to handle high volumes of data from multiple cameras.

3. Surveillance Management:
- Monitor live and recorded footage to ensure system effectiveness.
- Manage access controls for CCTV footage, ensuring authorized personnel only.
- Implement and manage video analytics for enhanced surveillance capabilities.

4. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to surveillance and data protection.
- Maintain detailed records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for CCTV and network management.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the security team to address any security concerns.
- Coordinate with IT department for network-related issues and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of CCTV systems.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field.

Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CCTV technology, including IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Proficiency in network configuration, management, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of network security protocols and data encryption methods.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to system management.
