Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor surveillance systems, ensure the safety and security of the premises, and report any suspicious activities. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV Systems: Continuously observe security cameras across various locations to identify any unusual or suspicious activities in real-time.
• Maintain Surveillance Equipment: Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras and other related security equipment. Report any technical issues or faults promptly for maintenance or repair.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report any security breaches, incidents, or potential risks to the security team or relevant authorities as per protocol.
• Coordinate with Security Personnel: Work closely with on-site security staff, providing real-time information regarding potential threats or incidents.
• Review Recorded Footage: Access and review past video footage when necessary for investigations or to provide evidence in case of an incident.
• Maintain Logs: Keep detailed records of activities, incidents, and actions taken, ensuring all logs are accurate and up-to-date.
• Respond to Alerts: Quickly respond to system alerts or alarms, assess the situation, and escalate when necessary.
• Follow Security Protocols: Adhere to company security policies, procedures, and local laws to ensure compliance and the safety of all personnel and property.
• Ensure Data Security: Safeguard the confidentiality of surveillance footage and ensure it is only shared with authorized personnel.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in security operations is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in security operations is preferred, but not mandatory.
