Job Description
:-
• Monitor live video surveillance feeds to identify and detect suspicious and unauthorized activities within the premises.
• Document all incidents, activities, and observations accurately and promptly in ticketing system.
• Coordinate and communicate with the reporting authorities, if required, providing them with necessary video evidence and information.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a CCTV Surveillance Operator or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of CCTV camera systems, monitoring equipment, and associated software.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
