Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and skilled CCTV Installation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment as per client requirements.
• Perform system configurations and ensure proper connectivity and functionality.
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best camera placement for optimal coverage.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain existing CCTV systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of installations and follow company standards.
• Keep detailed records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols during installations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the technical team and report progress to supervisors regularly.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, and network setup (training will be provided).
• Experience with electrical work or installation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally for installations.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
