Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities are to:

- Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems - IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.

- Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.

- Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.

- Liaising with ARC (Alarm receiving centers)

- Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.

- Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.

- Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.

- Responding to out of hours service calls. Person Specification

Technical Competencies - Essential

- Demonstrate at least 1-4 years previous experience in a Security role.

- Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems.

- Demonstrate strong communication skills.

- Sound administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.

- Full Driving License (subject to inspection for company insurances)

- Employment will be subject to successful BS7858 security screening and Enhanced Disclosure Check (DBS).

- Must be willing to work away

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
