As a CCTV Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems for our clients. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' properties and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, recording equipment, and networking components.
• Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and determine the most effective placement of CCTV equipment.
• Program and integrate CCTV systems with other security systems, such as access control and alarms, to provide comprehensive security solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV equipment, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in CCTV technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV equipment and software.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and IP-based CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with different types of CCTV cameras, lenses, and accessories.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV Installation Certification) are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
