Manage Services is a growing business for Cloud and Network Services with focus on Network operations and optimizing E2E network performance. With 5G and ever-growing technology there is need for experience demanding optimal use of existing resources which is becoming key to our customers success. We are looking for talent who can support our sales engagements for complex & competitive bids, drive value, collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants and Services Organization.

  • To access the customer RFP/input documents and understand the requirements, respond with precise answers keeping inherent risk in consideration .
  • Primarily responsible to Lead the development of high-quality managed services proposals and support Market Pre-Sales & Central Pre-Sales team by developing and maintaining E2E solution for Manage Assurance Services and Managed Performance Services Domain, which include but not limited to:
    • Bill of Materials
    • Services Cost
    • Solution Presentation
    • Statement of Compliances
    • Services Solution Documents
    • Pricing Models
    • Business Case for Network Optimization Solutions
  • Position E2E Network Optimization services/solutions and value proposition, demonstrating business benefits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to engage with prospective clients, understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to managed services (Assurance and performance) in the telecommunications industry.
  • Work closely with Engagement Managers, Account Managers, and delivery team to design comprehensive managed services solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities and service portfolio.
  • Define and challenge dimensioning rules for Operations and Optimization
  • To improve efficiency in deliverables with better documentation.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and evolving customer needs in the telecommunications sector, and contribute insights and recommendations for enhancing our managed services offerings and sales processes. Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our managed services portfolio and incorporate these insights into proposals and presentations.
Key Interfaces:
  • Regional Market Teams, Bid Managers, etc.
  • Manage Services Solution Stake Holders - Global Delivery Center, Procurement, Business units, Service Practice Team etc.


Desired Skills and Experience
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies (RAN / Core / Fixed / IP / Cloud etc), networks, and systems, including but not limited to voice, data, video, wireless, and cloud-based services. Familiarity with managed services concepts, ITIL framework, and service delivery models.
  • Proven track record in a Managed Services / Managed performance Services presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, with experience in crafting and presenting managed services and Network Optimization proposals to customers in the telecommunications industry.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end solutions, defining service architectures, and creating detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and workflows to support managed services proposals and implementations.
  • Experience in Network planning and optimization
  • Proficiency in KPIs / KQIs / SQIs in different technology like RAN (3G/4G/5G) and Core (SA / NSA)
  • Excellent understanding on Operations and Optimizations tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Extremely focused, disciplined, and professionally persistent with presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and should be able to work on end-end documents required for offer submission.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, solution architecture, operations, and product management, to ensure successful customer engagements.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs, solving their problems, and delivering value-added solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.t
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's or masters degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field with 12 to 15 years of work experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Cloud Architect certification like Azure, GCP, AWS etc) are a plus.
  • Experience in Pre-sales Managed Services / Optimization will be preferred
