Job Position - CCNA Trainer

Location - Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Training Delivery :

• Provide training sessions on CCNA, including configuration, troubleshooting, and operational best practices.
• Teach routing and switching to our students.
• Give practical knowledge about Routers, switches configure
• Delivery of effective training as per the CCNA Course Curriculum
• Use interactive teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Assessment and Evaluation :

• Conduct periodic assessments and maintain records of student progress.
• Prepare learners for certification exams through mock tests and practice sessions.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Maintain detailed records of attendance, performance, and feedback.
• Submit periodic reports to the center coordinator and program management team.

Classroom Management :

• Manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
• Create a conducive learning environment for rural youth.

Skill Enhancement :

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Upgrade personal skills to align with the industry standards and program requirements.

Student Engagement :

• Motivate and guide students toward employment or entrepreneurship.
• Conduct soft skills and job-readiness sessions along with technical training.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc (Computer Science/Electronics/InformationTechnology) OR
• B.E./M.E. (Computer Science/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Information Technology
• Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., CCNA, etc.) are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching IT/computer science.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, basic hardware, networking, and common software tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach in English and local languages (as applicable).

Behavioral Traits:

• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to train rural youth.
• Good problem-solving and classroom management abilities.
