Job Description
• Customer satisfactionAssisting with customer complaints, coordinating factory assistance, and preparing monthly reports on customer satisfaction
• Vehicle deliveryEnsuring that new vehicles are properly prepared for delivery and that customers are informed about their warranty and maintenance schedules
• Customer follow-upCoordinating customer follow-up programs and working with salespeople to ensure that customers are contacted within 48 hours of delivery
• Service appointmentsScheduling and confirming service appointments for new customers
• Customer communicationWorking with salespeople to ensure that customers are contacted after the sale and that customer files are updated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
