Customer Service Executive - Job Duties (International Voice Process US and UK)
Responsible for Taking inbound calls from customers in US and UK
Learn and practice on existing and new products offered
Thoroughly Learn functions of software and products offered to customers
Speak with clients globally primarily from USA through: Chat, Phone & Email
Co-ordinate with other departments to resolve customer queries and fulfil needs
Complete all assigned customer tickets timely and ensure customer satisfaction
Documentation of cases on the Portal and other efficiently use tools like - Word, Power Point and Excel
