Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the hospital\'s goals and values

- Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviews, and hiring decisions for medical and administrative roles

- Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances and promoting a healthy work culture

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance staff productivity

- Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and maintain updated knowledge of industry standards

- Conduct training programs to facilitate professional development and skills enhancement

- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with departmental needs

Requirements:-

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred

- Proven track record (3+ years) in HR management within the healthcare industry

- In-depth knowledge of healthcare-specific HR practices and regulatory compliance

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office suite
