Work with TMO Identify and deliver appropriate solutions that address the needs of clients / customers / stakeholders
Builds Internal and external relationships through effective and constant communication
Creates better efficiencies in implementation and service to reduce on-boarding times, drive ramp and post-sales engagement
Work on automation / digitization / onboarding experience
Anticipate & track of any client needs or requirements and ensure to have them addressed promptly
Undertake Client DEMOs for paperless imports and document submission modules on JPM Access
Deal Management
Effective management of Catalyst Platform
Pipeline management discipline
use MIS tools available to create visibility and track opportunities
Ensure deals are moving through the stages from NQO to Close and then Ramp
Track conversion of atleast 80% of newly onboarded names for TS
Improve our win rates on bids and identify gaps basis client feedback
Revenue Ramp tracking
Coordinate with regional business management team to get required details to track revenue at a client and deal level across core cash, liquidity, and TS Fx
Liaise with overseas ICE and TMO to action points resulting from under-ramping
Product
Understand and work with TMO to enhance our product offering to better cater to local HQ client needs
Relook at pricing tiers / models to align with in-country dynamics around core cash products
Work with TMO & product partners to enhance our trade offering especially on non-traditional products like SCF, Sales finance, Taulia etc.
Complete Sufficient Training across products and departments to add value to solutions.
