About Commercial Banking Coverage Group

The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 350 Crs. by offering both credit and liability products & solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc


About the Role



An executive assistant assists the executives to operate more smoothly by handling their administrative tasks that consume majority of their time and keeps them focused on more important duties. The assistant helps the specific business leaders they're assigned to effectively drive their primary responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

:



Managing secretarial duties -Calendar Management -Fixing of Appointments -Travel Arrangements -Reimbursement of Claims -Arranging for Approvals -Circular Management -Group Modification -Handling of calls -Conveying of messages and getting necessary information as required -Making necessary arrangements for meetings and having the same coordinated -Following up on various details required before important meetings and tracking the status and having the same coordinated -Handling emails and putting up important mails and replying accordingly

Managing administrative activities -Being a good support and efficiently handling the work -Indenting requirements for the department -Co-coordinating successfully with various departments -Co-coordinating on various issues that require necessary action -Maintaining proficiency and confidentiality at work









Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
