About Commercial Banking Group
The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 250 Crs. by offering products & solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc
About the Role
The purpose of the job is to own & drive Commercial banking revenues for respective circle by acquiring, retaining & deepening the commercial banking relationships using the Commercial banking product suite.
Key Responsibilities
\xef\xbf\xbd Deliver Fx, Trade Revenue and CA Balance Sheet goals as per plan.
\xef\xbf\xbd To drive the Commercial business related priorities of the respective Circle.
\xef\xbf\xbd Work closely with commercial banking coverage team to build up commercial revenue.
\xef\xbf\xbd Engage with the customer to ensure that the relationship is nurtured & deepened. Ensure that the product utilization is enhanced. Improve profitability per account.
\xef\xbf\xbd Engage on an ongoing basis with the Coverage Teams on selling strategies, identifying potential customers and converting leads.
\xef\xbf\xbd Work closely with Product team in influencing the product launches /enhancements and support the product team in the roll out through process designs with strong controls.
\xef\xbf\xbd Understand customer needs, explore and educate customer on relevant financial products customized to meet his business requirements.
\xef\xbf\xbd Training Sales teams on the Commercial business products.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ensure that KYC/AML/FEMA and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
\xef\xbf\xbd Identify the opportunity in the book and agree on target implementation and monitoring on a regular basis.

\xef\xbf\xbd Understanding international trade and appreciating country and product risk.
\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to read financials and assess credit worthiness of borrowers.
\xef\xbf\xbd Understand competitor best practices and rates in a competitive market.
\xef\xbf\xbd Strong Communication & relationship Skills as the role requires very high level of interaction with various internal customers like product, treasury, Ops, Acqui RMs within the bank and external customers who are CFO\'s/ Finance Heads of large corporate
