Job Summary

The Commercial Bank (CB) Sales Enablement Team is expanding and evolving to provide banker tools and support across the customer and sales journeys. The team's reach empowers the development of tailored experiences across the digital sales landscape with a focus on driving banker productivity.

CB Sales Enablement operates within the Digital, Data and Product (DDP) group, which is leading CB's evolution into a design-led and product-driven organization. DDP is modernizing the way we work to meet the rapidly changing needs of our clients and deliver intuitive products at speed and scale. DDP is aligned across the CB product lines and businesses driving end-to-end accountability for all client and employee experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • This product team member will work with Sr. product team members, business partners and the product manager to define and design business solutions based on product strategy, operational needs, and other considerations such as technical, strategic, regulatory and market needs.
  • Translate business objectives into initiatives, epics and user stories, while identifying dependencies, assumptions, risks, inputs, outputs, usability, performance expected from the application and user acceptance criteria.
  • You will assist in developing a mature prioritized backlog that reflects the product team's top items (those that deliver business value, drive revenue, and increase customer engagement).
  • The sales enablement product analyst will analyze data in support of new capabilities and solution improvements. Including analysis of various Salesforce, JPMC, 3rd Party Partner Data Sources.
  • Support Salesforce, Pitch Tools, Seismic, and other sales enablement activities
Job Qualification * Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Sales, Marketing, and or Finance organization experience
  • Product or Business Integration Team experience beneficial - including Agile delivery knowledge
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality, capabilities, integrations, are a plus
  • Serve as resident subject matter expert and imbedded resource within feature domain.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with crisp and clear verbal communications explaining technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Pro-active self-starter who thrives on independently seeking out information not readily available
  • Proven ability to think strategically, synthesize diverse information & identify opportunities
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
