Job Responsibilities Support a queue of ongoing business as usual (BAU) change requests received from business partners for updates to already published documents. Submit and validate changes to the library Assist with the annual attestation process for a defined set of published documents. Includes annual review schedule management and completing related change requests. Ensure documents conform to prescribed templates and style guidelines by performing the following editing and publishing tasks: Applying style standards and utilize project processes and templates. Translating procedures from passive voice prose to active voice, using numbered lists and if-then tables as appropriate. Identifying keywords to enhance search results. Incorporating reviewers\' edits and answers, and finalizing documents for publication. Conduct time-sensitive quality-assurance checks/peer reviews for other team members. Assist with posting supporting documentation and generating updates in defined publishing application. Assist with monitoring group mailbox for incoming questions or change requests. Update team members on procedure changes, status of updates and follow up on overdue items in team meetings Provide any information necessary to support communications related to procedural changes Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities 2-6 years of business writing/bid management/Content management experience, particularly editing and reformatting detailed RFP/procedural documents into succinct, easy to follow language. Excellent attention to detail and time management capability Strong project management skills Competency with Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint. Competency/ability to learn with external style guides. (Chicago Manual of Style, Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications) Ability to research internal intranet sites and escalate questions to other team members Demonstrated interpersonal skills, team player, with an ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial services functions, banking treasury products and awareness of regulatory and compliance environments Proficiency leveraging SharePoint/MS Teams for collaboration and workflow purposes
