In that role, it develops & defines the global strategy - always in close alignment with the overall CB objectives, all CB regions, product areas & DB Group functions. Your key responsibilities:

• You will plan, coordinate, track and execute key projects across the Corporate Bank globally, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• You will actively manage project risks, issues and workstream/ project dependencies
• You will work in close coordination with other CB Divisions, project managers, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure seamless delivery and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• You will prepare and conduct project meetings as well as management presentations
• You will support research and analysis, e.g. on market/ business opportunities (and creation of business cases etc.)
• You will drive the standardization and implementation of best practices across CB CTO (for e.g. in presentation design, project management tools, knowledge management etc.)
• You will create compelling senior management presentations of highest quality in an efficient manner

Your Skills & experience:

• Relevant degree and/or a minimum of 3 years experience in project management / management consultancy role
• Strong and proven skills in structuring and setting up projects (incl. timelines, workstreams, deliverables etc.) in-depth knowledge and practical experience of Agile methodologies an advantage
• Skills in Data analytics like Tableau, Alteryx, and knowledge of research databases such as FactSet would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office \xe2\x80\x93 with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong problem solving and analytical / data management skills
• Ability to deliver highest level of quality under time pressure
• Excellent team player and one-bank thinker, being able to collaborate effectively across time zones and geographies
• High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and personal initiative to drive change
• Excellent business communication skills in English; German an advantage but not mandatory
