- Senior QA Role

• Execute test cases according to predefined test plans and test scripts.
• Report and document test results, including defects and issues.
• Perform manual testing of software applications to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Log and track defects in a bug tracking system, providing detailed information to assist developers in issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the development team to verify bug fixes.
• Prepare and organise test data required for test cases to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with other team members, including developers, business analysts, and more experienced QA professionals, to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts
• Learn and familiarise oneself with automated testing tools and frameworks

Must Have Requirements • Good experience into Software Testing
• Ability to collaborate and work in a multi team environment
• Basic knowledge on Testing Mobile applications
• Basic knowledge on API Testing
• Good Understanding of Test Pyramid
• Ability to write Test Plans for smaller teams
• Good understanding of Software Life cycle

Additional Requirement:-

+ Anchor the team - Be the primary driver for Quality on the pod(stream).
+ Should be able to strategise testing (manual & automation) for the features within the pod.
- Experience with Mobile testing
- Ability to identify the NFR/CFRs for the features of the pod.
- Should be vocal and be able to raise risk in the appropriate forums.
- Should be able to communicate clearly with the client stakeholders.
- Should be able to mentor the fellow QA/s on the team.
- Collaborate with the other teams for the cross cutting functionalities.
- Drive the Regression testing, UAT, Bugbash etc at pod lev
+ Automation skillsets -
- Proficiency in one programming language is a must have.
- Should be able to identify the automation scenarios
- Should be able to add the automation tests & be able to improve upon the existing frameworks.( Rest Assured with Java, Flutter Integration tests/Appium )
- Should have t he ability to ramp up quickly and start contributing in the Fast paced development mode
