Job Title: Customer Analytics \xe2\x80\x93Scrum Master Location: Pune Role Description "We increase sales success and customer satisfaction through the intelligent use of data and digital marketing tools" With this mission, the "Customer Analytics" Tribe has been bundling the creation and orchestration of digital customer communication with our customers for the Deutsche Bank and Postbank brands within the Private Bank division of Deutsche Bank since September 2021. Our tribe is still growing and expanding. Customer Analytics Tribe consists of about now 14 Squads located in Frankfurt/Main, Bonn, Pune, and Bangalore. The strength of the tribe lies in the will to customer-centric innovation and an analytical "lean idea". The agile mindset and the use of agile methods and tools help us to implement this claim. As soon as possible, we are looking for a (Junior) SCRUM Master for our Tribe, who will serve two of our squads ensuring the development and expansion of agile methods and continuously develops them together with the Squad members. Your key responsibilities
Support of 2-3 squads as SCRUM Masters, through conception, organization, and moderation of agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos) as well as ensuring the consistent efficiency of these, among other things through disciplined timeboxing and possibly adaptation of the choice of methods
Use of SCRUM, as well as the entire portfolio of agile methods such as Kanban, Lean, Lean Startup, Design Thinking, etc., so that the squads apply the appropriate mix of these methods for the team, the topic, for customers and stakeholders.
Advising product owners, e.g., on the creation of resilient epics and user stories, as well as their prioritization in the product and sprint backlog as well as cooperation with other SCRUM masters for ongoing process optimization
Gain an understanding of the context of the team (including strategic goals, timelines, technical frameworks, team dynamics, mentality) as well as independent resolution of disruptive factors (impediments)
Active exemplification of an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement, which is characterized by trust, transparency, empowerment, and collaboration.
Skills and Experiences
Theoretical and first practical experience with agile techniques / methods, possibly also coaching techniques and previous successes in supporting agile SCRUM teams.
Confidence in using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence as well as good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Team player with an agile mindset, high empathy, and very good communication skills. Quick comprehension and a high degree of initiative
Knowledge of data analytics or campaign management is an advantage.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
