RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment during procedures.
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed by physicians.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the cath lab experience.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with KNMC (or equivalent nursing council).
- 1-4 years of nursing experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in cath lab or cardiac care.
- Certification in ACLS and BLS (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
