Our client a very large commercial agricultural farm in Angola ( West Africa) involved in commercial agriculture is looking for a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team of technicians in maintaining and repairing Caterpillar equipment. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Assign job duties and provide technical guidance and support
• Monitor productivity and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Leader in the Caterpillar industry
• Strong technical knowledge of Caterpillar equipment and maintenance processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• Candidates should be aware that the position is subject to an approximate 25% income tax deduction.
