Kish Hospitality Consultant is a leading hospitality consulting firm seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our client team in Verna, South Goa.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and organized Catering Supervisor to oversee food preparation, presentation, and service delivery for events, conferences, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise catering operations, ensuring quality and timeliness

- Coordinate menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs

- Train and lead catering staff

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

- Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and clients

Requirements:

- 2+ years of catering supervision experience

- Hospitality or culinary arts background

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

- Familiarity with Goa's local cuisine and catering industry (desirable)
