• Catering Sales Manager is responsible for contracting and closing corporate and social segment catering business, which includes banquet events, out-door catering and packed orders, and ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. The position is responsible for achieving catering revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue. The incumbent implements the brand\'s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Ensure to report to the DOSM on progress of the various activities, provide information about prospective customers, make forecasts and track current customer feedback.

\xc3\xbc Submit monthly and weekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience of at least 1 to 2 years in a similar job role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-driven individual, with a pro active and positive approach
