Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization
To determine effective and productive sales programs
Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.
Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Mercure Hyderabad KCP.
Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area /segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations in co ordination with the Sales Manager.
Ensure to achieve objectives established in the Organization\'s Strategic Plan
Any matter which may affect the interests of Mercure Hyderabad KCP should be brought to the attention of the Management
Operational Management
To ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.
Increase hotel\'s market share in the market
Contribute to increase in business volume.
Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goal, and periodically take necessary corrective action.
Contribute to increase in business volume.
People Management
Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Mercure Hyderabad KCP to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the beverages and services.
Financial Management
Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisor to prepare and submit in the required format all information necessary for budgeting timeously and accurately.
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience on similar position.
Excellent Communication skills.
Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change.
