Mann Hospitality LLP is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to handle banquet and event sales and general customer service duties for our catering company. In this role, you will promote the company and help to find new customers, and build relationships to provide repeat business. You will also be responsible for hiring, event planning, and food preparation when required. The ideal applicant will have sales and high-volume catering experience. A bachelor's degree in hospitality and restaurant experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Strategies:
• Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales:
• Drive sales by identifying and targeting potential clients in the restaurant and catering sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Marketing:
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, customer preferences, and market conditions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of catering services.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and promote new catering packages and menu items.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant and catering industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
