Job Description


:We are seeking a Catering Manager to lead our kitchen and service staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient catering operations. You will be responsible for planning menus, scheduling shifts, and coordinating food preparation for events, while helping to expand our clientele.Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements, including guest count and event dates.
  • Plan food and beverage menus based on client preferences and special requests.
  • Determine ingredient requirements and set portion sizes.
  • Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel.
  • Oversee food preparation and customer service during events.
  • Report on expenses and budget management.
  • Manage stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Arrange food tastings with potential customers.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Hands-on experience in creating menus from scratch.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.
