1. Responsible for pre and post party filing.
2. Support Catering Manager and Logistics Manager during event.
3. Starter Trays & Buffet Station Planning & Execution for each event.
4. Responsible to do Menu Specs & Buffet Station set up for Internal Team & Outsourced Vendors (for India & Outstation Events)
5. Material Requisition from Catering Store & Main Store for each event
6. Responsible for planning and organize uniforms for Service Team & Kitchen Team based on event theme & FP.
7. Day-wise Catering team reporting attendance mailing to Human Resources.
8. Receiving and ordering for ccg prior to the event.
9. Helping in event in opening and closing operations
10. Co-ordination between team and store to release orders and PO.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
